FINNEGANS Brew Co. has announced a brand new fall seasonal offering to their vastly growing portfolio. Introducing Brim Reaper Rye IPA.
FINNEGANS Brew Co. continues to push the envelope with new and exciting offers being brewed out of their brand new brewery, The FINNEGANS House, located in Minneapolis, MN. Seventeen years ago FINNEGANS was the first beer company to donate 100 percent of its profits to charities that alleviate hunger and has been at the forefront of social entrepreneurship ever since.
Founder Jacquie Berglund and Head Brewer Ryan Mihm are wasting no time in reaping the benefits of their new brewery, part of the FINNEGANS House development, inaugurating a new era for FINNEGANS. Featuring more styles, innovative recipes and consistent quality, this new lineup is currently showing up on taps and on store shelves throughout the region, allowing FINNEGANS to donate even more profits to local agriculture and food shelves.
“Our new brewery allows us to really push the brand and expand beyond our classic, beloved brews with some new, interesting options,” said Ryan Mihm, FINNEGANS Head Brewer. “We’re always going to honor our Irish heritage, but we’re excited to go a bit more global and offer a Farmhouse Ale, Czech Pilsner, and many others in the near future.”
Had Brewer, Ryan Mihm, speaks on the latest fall seasonal offering, Brim Reaper Rye IPA.
“Brim Reaper Rye IPA is our newest beer to join our seasonal offerings- tested out in the Brewer’s Den and taproom and now coming to a liquor store/bar near you,” stated Mihm. “A 7% IPA brewed with 10% Rye malt which incorporates spicy and dry characteristics then hopped with a heavy dose of Mosaic, Simcoe, Cascade and Falconers Flight hops which gives off a rich bitterness and the aroma of papaya, tangerine, passion fruit, lemon and heavy tropical and citrus notes. Available in 12oz 6pks, on tap at your local bar and at the FINNEGANS taproom.”
